Clinical Support is primarily to support agencies in the use and implementation of MPDS. To provide regular communication with clients, and the handling of enquiries relating to the protocol, version up-dates, ensuring that the aspects of NEMA are met.

To provide the management of in-house and National Instructors within the UK; which includes the processes involved in the instructor selection, development, certification and re-certification to the requirements of IAED.

To oversee and ensure the smooth, professional running of the UK Office; Providing certification processing, course registrations, training requirements, course materials, products, course coordination for EMD, EM-Q, ED-I and MPDS Mentor.

To be involved in the Standards Council, Cultural Committee and Curriculum meetings as well as UK group meetings. Liaise with clients on gathering data and involvement in studies.
